However, if you place an order for custom products using the design-your-own Custom Studio where you create your own unique designs from scratch, these orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges because they are printed to your specifications and cannot be resold or relisted on my store. It is different from recycling, or up-cycling, where material is turned into something different before it is then thrown away. A circular economy is infinite because by design the material flows in a loop.
Your apparel comes with a tag inside with a barcode on it. You can scan the barcode on the label attached to your clothing, or visit the Remill circular fashion page directly, and click on the button "Send Your Products Back." Once you input your email address, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to return your item to their t-shirt factory in the UK. Shipping costs are covered for those in the UK, and customers also receive a £5 Remill discount coupon code per item sent back. Please note, you can only use 1 code per order.
When products arrive back to the factory, they separate them according to color, and turn them back into yarn. The yarn from old products is turned into new fabric, which is then cut and sewn into a new product, ready to be printed. This allows them to make recycled products that are still just as vibrant and soft as virgin cotton. If you look closely at a Remilled product, you can actually see the mix of yarns that give the color such a unique depth.
And so the circle is complete and the journey starts all over again. The end is the start. Or the start is the end. When products are sent back to the manufacturer and the material is reused, YOU get integrated into the supply chain and the circular manufacturing process.

Instead of plastic mailers, your product packaging is made from plants. It’s still rip and splash-proof, to keep orders safe, but being made from natural materials it’s compatible with nature. A lot of problem solving comes down to creativity; being able to see opportunities where others see obstacles.
